Simple, effective and deep cleansing, this sponge will cleanse like nothing you have ever experienced, leaving the face fresh, glowing and silky smooth. Step 1: Soak Charcoal Konjac Sponge in water and watch it slowly expand to its shape. This sponge is gently freeze dried straight after being manufactured to preserve its healing benefits.
Step 2: Squeeze out excess water and cleanse/exfoliate by gently using a circular motion all over your face, rinse and repeat as many times as necessary. Once complete rinse with water and hang to dry.
Step 3: For a deeper clean apply your favourite cleanser and repeat step 2. Once complete rinse with water and hang to dry.

You may return your full priced item(s) within 10 days of purchase, in it’s original condition and we will issue you a store credit or exchange for the product(s). Items received outside this time will not be accepted.
For online shipping the 10 days begins once the item has arrived with you. We understand that shipping can be delayed, as long as you contact us within these 10 days we will accept the return.
SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, Lingerie, swimwear, earrings, hats and Menstrual Cups are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will not issue you a refund for change of mind. For Change of Mind products you can only receive a store credit or exchange, no monetary refunds applies. Change of mind includes sizing changes. If you are unsure about sizing please send us an email we are always happy to help.

Proof of purchase must be supplied. This means original receipts must be obtained.
In-store and online purchases can only be returned in store.
Unless faulty, all returned items must be in their original condition.
Footwear should be returned unmarked and must include original shoe box in its original condition.
Items must not be worn, washed, marked or used.
Tags must be attached.
For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, menstrual products and menstrual cups cannot be returned.
All items for return/refunds/exchanges are will undergo quality inspection by Favourite Daughter.
Exchanges for the same item different size will not incur any additional charges.
Should an exchange occur and there is a price difference, you may need to pay the difference.
Please note, we CANNOT offer a change of mind exchange on sale or marked down items.
No refunds are issued unless the items has a manufacturing fault or inventory issue on our part.
Online refunds will be processed as soon as we can. Payment made with PAYPAL can result in a 3-15 days wait for the funds to be returned to you.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase (10 Days). PLEASE NOTE damage as a result from wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Include all information (e.g. sizing, colour, style, brand and picture of item) and specify if you are wanting an exchange or credit note.
Post the package to us at the below address with your items and a completed returns form.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. Based on your preference we can either cancel the order or refund the item that is unavailable.
