Blue Lock Season 3's 'Neo Egoist League' subtitle and visual have been revealed, marking a significant milestone for the franchise. This new season will adapt the 'Shin Eiyū Taisen' (New Hero Wars) story, building upon the success of its predecessors. The anime series, based on Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yūsuke Nomura's BLUE LOCK soccer manga, premiered in Japan in October 2022, with 24 episodes. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired and is also streaming an English dub. The second season, BLUE LOCK vs. U-20 JAPAN, debuted in October 2024 with 14 episodes, further expanding the franchise's reach. The spinoff manga, BLUELOCK -Episode Nagi-, launched in June 2022 and ended in July 2025, with Kodansha USA Publishing releasing it in print. An anime film adaptation of the spinoff premiered in April 2024, earning 337,000 tickets and 463 million yen in its first three days. The live-action film adaptation of BLUE LOCK will open on August 7, marking another exciting development in the franchise's journey.
